摘要
根据城市道路中人、车冲突的状况 ,基于交通流理论研究了一套城市道路基本路段安全评价指标 ,作为城市道路基本路段交通安全评价的依据和准则 ,并利用该指标对西安市道路基本路段安全度做了实例分析 。
According to the conflict of pedestrian-vehicle of urban streets, a set of traffic safety evaluation index based on traffic flow theory is studied. It can be used as scientific basis and criterion for traffic conflict evaluation of basic section of urban streets at the same time. It is used to analyse traffic safe level of basic section of Xi'an urban streets,the evaluation results conform to realities.
