摘要 研制一种超效缓凝剂 SRA,当掺量为 0 .0 4 5 %时可将终凝时间延长到 10 h;综合考察 SRA对水稳粒料的强度和对水泥凝结时间的影响确定 SRA的最佳掺量在 0 .0 5 %~ 0 .0 6 % ,用 SRA可大大延长延迟成型时间 ,可把延迟成型时间延长到 8~ 9h。在延迟成型时间较长时 ,SRA起到的缓凝作用比木钙更明显。在模拟施工条件下延迟 4 h、6 h后的 A new type of super retarder named SRA is introduced in this paper. When the dosage of it is 0.045%, the final setting time can be retarded for 10 h.The suitable dosage of SRA is about 0.05 to 0.06%, and the foring time of cement stabilized granular soils can be delayed for 8 to 9 h by the SRA.The SRA has better effect than lignosulphonate calcium as the forming retarded time is longer. Under the SRA modified cement stabilized granular soil samples prepared in the model construction test, after the setting time is delayed for 4 h or 6 h, the loss of strength and maximum density is much lower than samples without SRA.
