高效液相色谱法测定5-氟-2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(氟尿苷)粉针剂的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立氟尿苷(5-氟-2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷)粉针含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:北京迪马C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm),流动相为甲醇-水-10%四氢呋喃(15:55:30),流速1.0 mL·min~1,检测波长269 nm。结果:在5~160 mg·L-1浓度范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);加样回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.42%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、可靠,能够满足氟尿苷粉针的含量测定要求。 Objective; To develop an RP - HPLC for determination of floxuridine ( 5 - fluoro - 2' - deoxyuri-dine). Methods:The chromatographic conditions were:column,DiamonsilTMC18,5 μm,250 mm ×4. 6 mm;mobile phase, methanol - water -10 % tetrahydrofuran ( 15: 55: 30 ) , flow rate ,1.0 mL · min -1; detection wavelength, 269 nm. Results;The calibration curve is linear over the concentration range of 5 - 160 mg · L-1 (r = 0. 9998) and the average recovery of floxuridine were 98. 5% (RSD = 1. 42% , n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
