短毛细管区带电泳法测定2种维脑路通制剂中曲克芦丁的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:采用短毛细管区带电泳法测定维脑路通注射液及片剂中曲克芦丁的含量。方法:采用未涂层弹性石英毛细管柱(34 cm×50μm,有效长度23.5 cm),压力进样1 kPa×5 s,运行电压15 kV,柱温35℃,检测波长254 nm,运行缓冲液为50 mmol·L-1硼砂溶液-异丙醇-乙腈(72:10:18)。结果:线性范围0.1—0.7 mg·mL~1,相关系数0.9991;维脑路通注射液及片剂三水平平均回收率分别为101.2%,100.9%,RSD分别小于3.3%及2.6%。结论:该法简便快捷,准确度高,重复性好,可用于2种维脑路通制剂中曲克芦丁的含量测定。 Objective; To determine the content of troxerutin in Venoruton injections and Venoruton tablets by short capillary zone electrophoresis. Method :Short fused silica capillary (34 cm ×50 μm, effective length is 23. 5 cm) was used. Pressure injection of 1 kPa ×5 s was employed,and the capillary temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The samples were analyzed with 50 mmol · L-1 borate -2-propanol - ace-tonitrile ( 72: 10: 18) running buffer at 15 kV voltage. Results;The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0. 1 - 0. 7 mg · mL-1 ( r = 0. 9991 ) . The average recoveries of this method were 101. 2% for Venoruton injections and 100. 9% for Venoruton tablets,with RSD were less than 3. 3% and 2. 6% ,respectively. Conclusion; The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and can be applied in the determination of these preparations.
