摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法,分离和测定中国23种61个产地的柴胡属植物样品中柴胡皂苷a、c、d的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min~1,检测波长210 nm。结果:不同品种柴胡以及相同品种、不同产地柴胡中的柴胡皂苷a、c、d含量差异悬殊。结论:本研究所建立的HPLC方法适用于柴胡属植物中柴胡皂苷a、c、d定量分析,结果准确可靠。
Objective: Set up an optimal RP - HPLC method to determine the content of saikosaponin a, c, d from 23 species of 61 Radix Bupleuri samples in China. Methods;Saikosaponin a,c,d were separated by C18column(4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile -water as mobile phase in a gradient program ,flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1 ,and detected at UV 210 nm. Results; The content of saikosaponin a,c,d of different species or the same species from various areas was significantly distinctive. Conclusion; The HPLC method is suitable for the quantitive a-nalysis of saikosaponin a.c.d.
