摘要
莫达非尼(modafini)是一种新型的中枢兴奋型α,受体激动剂,主要用于治疗自发性嗜睡症和发作性睡眠症。本文对本品的药理作用、药动学特征、药物相互作用与不良反应进行了简单介绍,并对本品的多项临床研究进行了总结综述。
