摘要 合成和表征Na2〔Cu(L-Ala)2(5'-GMP)〕·2H2O、Na2〔Cu(L-Ala)2(5'-IMP)〕·6H2O、Na2〔Cu(L-His)(5'-GMP)Cl2^2·2H2O和Na2〔Cu(L-His)(5'-IMP)Cl2〕·H2O四个新的三元配合物,其中两个L-Ala分子通过羧基O和α-氨基N与Cu(Ⅱ)成反式配位,一个L-His分子通过羧基O和咪唑环上的N与Cu(Ⅱ)配位; The study on metal-aminoacid-nucleotide ternary complexes may provide a model for the more complicated metal-protein-nucleic acid interaction. The ternary complexes containing Cu(Ⅱ), amino acid (L-Ala and L-His) and nucleotide(5'-GMP and 5'-IMP) were first synthesized and characterized. In these complexes the O atom at carboxylate group and the N atom at α-amino group of two L-Ala coordinate with Cu(Ⅱ), the O atom at carboxylate group and the N atom at the imidazol ring of a L-His coordinate with Cu(Ⅱ), the N(7) atom of purine ring of 5'-GMP or 5'-IMP coordinates with Cu(Ⅱ) too. There is interaction between phosphate group of 5'-GMP with L-Ala or L-His, but no the interaction in 5'-IMP ternary complexes. The C(6)=O of purine for 5'-GMP or 5'-IMP may be coordinating with Cu(Ⅱ) or forming hydrogen bond.
