摘要
就欧盟各国固体废弃物的管理目标定位、管理运营模式和处理技术选择三个方面进行综合分析和对比研究,指出对我国固体废弃物管理和处理的借鉴意义。
Comprehensive analysis and comparision stady on management target,management operation model and treatment technology selecting of waste management in european union countries were carried out.Reference value and significance to our country's solid waste management and disposal were pointed out.
