摘要
对毛细管区带电泳与反相液相色谱分离一组亲水性(Gly)_n小肽选择性的差异作了对比,同时考察了小肽分子结构以及温度变化对小肽迁移行为的影响。
In this paper, hydrophilic small peptides differing in only one glycine amino aeid can be successfully resolved by HPOZE. The effects of the structure parameters and column termperature on the migration time of these peptides have been discussed. Linear relationship betweent and n^(1/2) has been found. Relative migration times have been found to be well correlated with M^(1/2) for these small peptides.
