The Research and Design of Intrusion Detection Based on Neural Network

摘要 近年来,网络的攻击变得越来越普遍,也越来越难于防范,传统的技术如防火墙难于满足目前网络安全的需要,一项新的网络安全技术—网络入侵检测技术被提出,它能很好的解决其他技术的不足,但是目前的入侵检测技术在入侵检测的准确性和可靠性上还存在问题。本文首先介绍了入侵检测中的特点,然后对神经网络做了详细的介绍,最后设计了一个基于神经网络的入侵检测系统。 In the last decades, network attacks are becoming more and more sophisticated. However, detecting break-in attempts is a difficult task. Making the distinction between misuse and normal use is hard. The traditional technol-ogy such as firewall is not enough to solve all kind of attacks. For the reason, intrusion detection technology isfocused on network security. Intrusion detection is a security -- technology that attempts to identify and isolate 'intru-sion' against computer systems. It complements other security technology. But the reliability and accuracy of IDS arestill a problem. In this paper, we, first, introduce the characteristic of Intrusion Detection. Then, we explain neuralnetwork in detail. Finally, we design an IDS based on neural network.
