摘要
取代2-硫-1,3,2-氧氮磷杂环戊烷衍生物多为具有生物活性的含磷杂环化合物。其中,某些可作为杀虫剂、杀螨剂、阻化剂、抗病毒及抗肿瘤活性剂等等。文献报导了系列此类化合物的合成方法,为了进一步探讨环状含氧氮磷杂化合物的生物活性与结构的关系,本文报导标题化合物的晶体结构。
The crystal and molecular structure of 2-diethylamino-3(4'-methoxybenzoformal)-2-thinoe-1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. X-ray diffraction data were collected on a CAD4 single crystal diffractometer. The crystallographic data are as follows: C_(14)H_(21)N_2O_3PS,monoclinic,space group P_(21)/c,a=ll. 539(7),b=10. 992(7),c=13. 584(3) A, β =108. 21(4°),V=1636(2)A^3,Z=4,R=0. 054. The structure of title compound was solved by direct method. The five-membered oxazaphospholidine has a half chair conformation.
