银杏叶片合并氯氮平治疗首发精神分裂症的对照研究

Effect of yinxing leaf and clozapine in the treatment of first onset schizophrenia

目的 探讨银杏叶片合并氯氮平对首发精神分裂症的疗效以及不良反应。方法 将 113例精神分裂症病人随机分为研究组和对照组 ,分别给予氯氮平合并银杏叶片和氯氮平合并安慰剂 ,治疗观察时间为12周 ,以BPRS、SAPS、SANS、CGI及TESS为评定工具。结果 治疗后两组BPRS、SANS、SAPS及CGI评分均有显著降低 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后两组 ,BPRS、SANS、SAPS、SI、GI、TESS评分以及起效时间、痊愈率和显进率比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 银杏叶片可增强氯氮平对首发精神分裂症的总体疗效 ,同时能减轻氯氮平所致的流涎、便秘不良反应 。

Objective To explore the therapeutic and side effects of yinxing leaf and clozapine for the first onset schizophrenia.Methods A total of 113 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to two groups. The study and comparison group were respectively treated with clozapine and yinxing leaf or clozapine and placebo for 12 weeks. BPRS, SAPS, SANS, CGI and TESS were used to evaluate therapeutic and side effects. Results There were significant differences between the two groups on decrease of scores of scales(P<0.05). After treatment, the study group was superior than the comparison group on the scores of scales,recovery rate,improvement rate and the time of taking into effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinxing leaf could increase efficacy and decrease the side effects such as salivate, constipation of clozapine for the first-onset schizophrenia. It was worth being spread in the clinic.
