在深化医院改革的过程中,管理体制不顺、服务理念不新、管理模式不科学、绩效评价不到位等成了制约公立医院推 进现代化管理的主要因素,如何打破瓶颈,走出新路,本文提出了基本思路。
During the deepening of hospital reform, rough administrative system, old service ideas, improper administrative model, and inaccurate performance assessment are the main disadvantageous factors for hospitals to propel administration modernization.Some basic ideas were presented in this paper concerning how to go out of the bottleneck and stride in a new way.
