摘要
制备了经阳离子改性的合成丝光沸石催化剂,并用于甲醇与氨选择性合成二甲胺反应。在200~400℃及0.5~3.5MPa范围内考察了工艺条件对该催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明:该催化剂具有优良的转化活性和二甲胺选择性。在300~330℃,甲醇单程转化率≥98.5%,二甲胺单程选择性≥60%,该催化剂性能稳定、强度高,具有工业化价值。
The selective synthesis of dimethylamine from methanol and ammonia was studied over the cation-modified mordenite catalysts at a temperature range of 200~400℃and a pressure range of 0.5~3.5MPa. The influence of reaction conditions on the zeolites was discussed. The results showed that the selectivity for dimethylamine was over 60%at the methanol conversion of 98.5%。The results also indicated that the stability and strength of the catalyst are good enough for its use in industry.
