β环连蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Expressions of β-catenin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

目的探讨β环连蛋白(β-catenin)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测72例膀胱移行细胞癌中β-cat的表达。结果72例中β-cat的异常表达率为73.6%。β-cat在G1、G2、G3级肿瘤中的异常表达率为44.4%,70.8%,93.3%;在Ta～T1、T2～4肿瘤中的异常表达率为40.0%,91.5%。其异常表达率在肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期等方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论β-cat的异常表达在膀胱肿瘤的恶性进展过程中起重要作用,可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度及预后的指标。

Objective To study the expression and the clinical significance of β catenin(β cat) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC).Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect β cat expressions in 72 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Results The abnormal expression rate of β cat in the 72 cases was 73.6%. The abnormal expression rates of β cat were 44.4%,70.8%,and 93.3% in G1,G2,and G3 of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and were 40.0%,and 91.5% in Ta～T1,and T2～4 tumors.The abnormal expressions were related to the tumor grade and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of β cat plays an important role in the malignant progression of BTCC,and can be used as a marker of malignancy assessment and prognosis of BTCC.
