肾细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子受体的表达与肿瘤侵袭的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨肾细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)受体 flt- 1的表达与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学和形态半定量方法检测 34例肾细胞癌中 flt- 1的表达水平。结果 :flt- 1的表达与肾细胞癌患者肾静脉内有无瘤栓形成有密切关系 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :flt- 1表达与肾细胞癌生物学行为有关。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor flt-1 in renal cell carcinoma tissues and pathological clinic parameters. Methods The expressions of flt-1 in 34 cases of renal cell carcinoma were detected with immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative analysis. Results The positive expressions of flt-1 were found in 19 specimans of renal cell carcinoma of all 34 cases. The expression of flt-1 was related with renal venous invasion in patients with cell carcinoma. Conclusion Flt-1 is related with the biological behavior of tumor in patients with renal cell carcinoma.
