The Early Diagnosis and Operative Treatment of Acute Arterial Embolism in Extremity

目的 探讨肢体急性动脉栓塞早期诊断与Fogarty导管取栓手术治疗的疗效及术中应注意的问题。 方法 回顾性总结分析 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月 3家医院对 38例肢体急性动脉栓塞患者采用Fogarty导管取栓治疗的情况。结果 38例患者按Cooley标准 :Excellent:2 3例 (6 0 5 % ) ,Good :6例 (15 7% ) ,Fair:3例 (7 8% ) ,Poor:4例 (10 5 % ) ;Death:2例 (5 2 % )。结论 Fogarty导管取栓术是治疗肢体急性动脉栓塞极为有效的方法 ,早期诊断 ,早期手术取栓 ,及时发现并处理恢复血流后再灌注损伤与肌病肾病性代谢综合征 ,是挽救生命 ,挽救肢体 。

Objective To study the early diagnosis and Fogarty catheter embolectomy operation management of acute arterial embolism in extremity.Methods From May 2000 to May 2003, We analyzed the treatment situation of embolectomy with Forgarty catheter in 38 cases of acute arterial embolism in extremity in three hospitals restrospectively.Results Among 38 cases, according to Cooler's standards: Excellent:23cases(60.5%); Good:6cases (15.7%); Fair: 3cases(7.8%); Poor: 4cases(10.5%); Death: 2 cases (5.2%).Conclusion Fogarty catheter embolectomy is an effective method of treating the acute arterial embolism in extremity. Early diagnosis and early management Embolectomy with Forgarty catheter, anti-streptokinase, and finding and managing them in order to recover blood flow and then reperfusing the damage and myopathy, nephropathy syndrome, the patients' protopathy and body status are the key to save life, extremity and reach content curative effect.
