金喜素联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌56例近期疗效观察

A Short-term Observation of Curative Effect of Topotecan and Cisplatin Combined on 56 Cases with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 观察金喜素联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 金喜素 1mg/m2 ,静脉点滴 ,第 1～ 5d;顺铂 30mg/m2 ,静脉点滴 ,第 1～ 3d。每 2 1d为 1个周期 ,连用 2个周期后评价疗效。结果 CR 5例 ,PR 2 5例 ,总有效率 (CR +PR)为 5 3 6 %。本方案主要的副作用是骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论 金喜素联合顺铂是一个安全。

Objective To observe the recent effect of combination chemotherapy with topotecan(TPT) and cisplatin(PDD) in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Topotecan(TPT) was 1mg/m 2 iv gtt, d1-5. That of PDD was 30 mg/m 2 iv gtt, d1-3. The schedule was repeated every 21 days, and evaluated after at least two cycles.Results The complete response (CR) was 5 cases, and partial response (PR) was 25 cases. The overall response rate (RR) was 53.6%.The major toxicities of this schedule were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion Combination topotecan and cisplatin is an effective and safe clinical program in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
