摘要
本文用薄层层析(TLC)法详细研究了2苯基吲哚(1)在甲醇中的亚甲基蓝(MB)敏化光氧化反应,发现反应给出五种产物,用标准样品对照实验确定了其中四种产物的结构,并提出了一个合理的反应机理.
In this paper ,methylene blue(MB) sensitized photooxygenation of 2-phenylindole(1) in methanol has been studied in details using thin layer chromatography (TLC) technique. The reaction was found to give five products of which four were identified by comparison of their TLC and UV data with those of the corresponding authentic samples. A reasonable mechanism for this reaction was presented.
