胸膜反折线与奇静脉食管隐窝CT研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究胸膜反折线延入奇静脉食管隐窝的正常值范围 ,探讨其发育规律及肺气肿引起的变化。方法 :在CT轴位右肺动脉层面测量正常人和肺气肿患者胸膜反折线延入奇静脉食管隐窝的宽度和深度。结果 :正常组胸膜反折线延入奇静脉食管隐窝宽度小于 2 1 .0mm ,延入深度距中线左侧小于 3 .0mm ,且不论男女 ,2 0岁之前延入最窄、最浅 ,与其他年龄组、性别组明显不同 ,其它各不同年龄、性别组有差异但无统计学意义。肺气肿组胸膜反折线延入奇静脉食管隐窝宽度和深度分别为 ( 3 2 .8± 1 1 .5 )mm和 ( 1 0 .5± 7.5 )mm与其他各组间有显著差异。结论 :胸膜反折线延入奇静脉食管隐窝的宽度与深度一生有一定的变化规律 。 Objective: To study the normal value of the pleural reflection line extending into azygoesophageal (PEA) recess and the variation caused by pulmonary emphysema. Methods: The depth and the width of PEA normal Chinese and pulmonary emphysema were measured. Results: the normal group: The width was shorter than 21.0 mm and the extending depth was less than 3.0 mm from the middle line on the left. Those younger than 20 y,no matter males or females, the extending depth was shallowest and narrowest, and was significantly different from other groups of other ages. ln the abnormal group the width and depth of the PEA were (32.8±11.5) mm and (10.5±7.5) mm. Conclusion: There is a certain rule for the width and depth of the PEA in one's life. The pulmonary emphysema can widen and deepen the PEA.
