侧脑室注射BMP4诱导大鼠脑巢蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨侧脑室注射BMP4后大鼠脑巢蛋白 (Nestin)的表达情况。方法 :成年SD大鼠侧脑室注射BMP41 0 μg/μl,分别于术后 1、3、7和 1 4d处死动物。应用Nestin免疫组织化学方法观察Nestin的表达。 结果 :BMP4组的大鼠皮质、纹状体、室管膜下区Nestin阳性细胞在 3d开始出现 ,到 7d达到高峰 ,然后逐渐减少 ,非注射侧的Nestin阳性细胞数均较注射侧少 ;与对照组 ,差别有显著性。结论 Objective: To observe the expression of nestin after infusion of BMP4 into the lateral ventricle. Methods: Adult SD rats were divided into control group and experimental group randomly. Experimental group were infused with 10 μg/μl BMP4 into the lateral ventricle and sacrificed 1, 3, 7, 14 d after infusion. The expression of nestin was observed by immunohistochemical staining for nestin. Results: The nestin positive cells in the experimental group appeared in cerebral cortex, copus striatum and subventricular zone. Nestin positive cells appeared on the third day and reached maximal expression on the seventh day after infusion of BMP4. The number of the positive cells in cerebral cortex, corpus striatum and subventricular zone were 11.36±1.03,19.18±1.32 and 18.57±1.32, respectively, and those of the control group were 6.82±0.67,10.85±1.10 and 12.76±1.02, respectively. There was significant difference between the 2 groups (P<0.05). Then they decreased gradually. In the infused area, the number of nestin positive cells were more than those in the other areas. Conclusion: BMP4 may induce and promote the expression of nestin in rat brain.
