摘要
目的 :给临床诊断和治疗翼钩综合症提供解剖学依据。方法 :研究 2 44侧翼钩的长度、方位及其与周围结构的毗邻关系。结果 :翼钩的整体形态以扁圆柱形为多约占 47.85 % ,细长形为 2 9.3 3 % ,三角形为 1 2 % ,阶梯形为1 0 .82 % ,翼钩长度为 ( 1 1 .5 8± 3 .2 2 )mm ,外弯角度为 ( 2 4.3 6± 1 2 .84)°。结论 :翼钩综合症的发病与翼钩过长和方位不正有关 ,提出在行翼钩切断术时 ,应控制手术操作范围 。
Objective: To study the morphology of pterygoid hamulus and its relation with surrounding structures,providing anatomy data for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pterygoid hamulus syndrome.Methods: By means of local dissection,244 pterygoid hamulus were observed,measured and studied.Their length,inclination angle and contiguous relation with their surrounding structures were obtained. Results: The shape of the pterygoid hamulus may be classified into sylinder type,slender type,triangle type and steps type,with the proportions being 47.85%,29.33%,12% and 10.82%, respectively.The average length of the pterygoid hamulus was (11.58±3.22) mm.The inclination exterior angle was (24.36±12.84)°. Conclusion:The excessive length and improper inclination of the pterygoid hamulus are closely related with pterygoid hamulus syndrome.The field of the break operation of the pterygoid hamulus should be confined to avoid damaging neighboring structures.
