摘要
介绍石油化工科学研究院新开发的高丙烯选择性催化裂解催化剂MMC-2在安庆分公司650 kt/a催化裂解装置上的工业应用情况.工业应用统计结果表明:与原来使用的CRP-1催化剂相比,在原料性质和工艺操作条件基本相当的情况下,液化气中的丙烯体积分数增加约5个百分点,丙烯产率增加约2.6个百分点;汽油中的烯烃质量分数下降4~8个百分点,辛烷值略有增加,汽油质量有所改善;装置总液收相当,经济效益显著.
MMC-2 catalyst, a new DCC catalyst for increasing propylene yield developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing has been applied in the 650kt/a DCCU located in Anqing Petrochemical Company. In comparison with the original used CRP-1 catalyst under same operating conditions with similar feedstocks, the statistical running result showed that the propylene content in LPG increased by about 5 percentage points, the propylene yield increased by about 2. 6 percentage points, the olefin content in cracked naphtha decreased by 4 -8 percentage points, the octane number and the quality of the cracked naphtha were somewhat increased and improved respectively, and the LPG plus liquid product yields were equivalent.
