摘要
针对淤浆法聚乙烯生产工艺开发了高效乙烯聚合催化剂NT-1。该催化剂在燕化公司化工一厂低压聚乙烯生产装置上的工业试用结果表明:适合淤浆法聚乙烯生产工艺,其活性与原使用的BCH催化剂相当,氢调敏感性和共聚性优于BCH催化剂,并能够显著降低低聚物的生成。用NT-1催化剂生产的聚乙烯颗粒大,粒径分布集中,用NT-1催化剂所生产的树脂产品与用BCH催化剂所生产的树脂产品性能相当,但在耐环境应用开裂、屈服强度、断裂强度、伸长率、冲击强度等方面要略优于用BCH催化剂。
NT-1 catalyst is a kind of high efficient ethylene polymerization catalyst developed for Mitsui's slurry process. The industrial application test on the low-pressure polyethylene unit of Yanshan Petrochemical Company showed that the catalyst was suitable for the process, and its activity was similar to that of the current used BCH catalyst, but its sensitivity of hydrogen response and the ability of co-polymerization were better. The particle size of the polymer using NT-l catalyst was larger and the particle size distribution was concentrated. Besides, the performances of the resin products using NT-l and BCH catalysts were basically equivalent, however, the ESCR, the yielding, cracking and punching strengths as well as the extensibility of the former were somewhat better.
