对二甲苯装置炉用燃料供给系统改造

摘要 镇海炼化股份有限公司对二甲苯装置建成后,由于进厂原油劣质化,原减压渣油作为炉用燃料不能达到设计工艺包规定的硫含量指标。通过改造炉用燃料供给系统,引催化裂化回炼油作部分炉用燃料,使该装置操作平稳并减少了环境污染;催化裂化装置外甩油浆减少,掺渣量增加。改造后经济效益显著。 After the construction of the p-xylene unit in Zhenhai Refining and Petrochemical Company, the sulfur content of the furnace fuel, vacuum residue, could not reach the design requirement due to the input crude oil was worse. Through transforming the furnace fuel supply system and introducing FCC recycle oil as part of the fuel, the operation of the p-xylene unit was stable and the environment pollution was alleviated. The FCCU produced less slurry oil, and residue oil blending in the feedstock was increased. For the improvements of both units, the overall economic benefit was obvious.
