我院非专科病种收容情况回顾性调查

Retrospective analysis of admission for non-specialized entity of disease at our Hospital

目的调查医院非专科病种收容情况 ,以期掌握非专科病种收容发生的规律 ,确保病种收容规范 ,改进住院处工作。方法对我院 2 0 0 0年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 2月未按专科收容范围收容的病人进行统计分析 ,分析现象产生的原因及其负面影响 ,并提出对策。结果在 15 80 1例住院病人中 ,191例未按医院《专科病种收容范围》收容 ,占 1 2 % ,发生在中医科、普通外科、肿瘤科等 9个科室 ,其原因主要有突发事件收容、科室行为收容、个人行为收容及病人行为收容。结论住院处在收容时应积极协调 ,妥善解决各种非专科收容现象 ,尽可能按病种规范收容。

Objective To investigate the instance of non-special entity admission at our hospital in order to have a good command of the law governing its development for the purpose of guaranteeing the standardized admission of non-special disease entity and improving the performance of the Admission Office. Methods Statitical analysis was performed on data on the patients admitted from March,2000 to February,2001 but not in accordance with Scope of Specialized Disease Entity Admission with emphasis on the causes and negative effect of this phenominon.Moreover,some countermeasures were proposed. Results Of total 15801 patients admitted at the same period of time,191 were not admitted in accordance with Scope of Specialized Disease Entity Admission,accounting for 1.2%.The non-specialized entity of disease admission happened to 9 different specialties including Traditional Chinese Medicine,General Surgery,Oncology and so on.The reasons for these could be summarized as the followings:emergency admission,special department act admission,clinician's personal act admission and patient's act admission. Conclusions Staff of Admission Office should actively coordinate and properlly solve the phenomenon of non-specialized disease entity admission mentioned above.They were expected to try their every effort to make the admission according to Scope of Specialized Disease Entity Admission.
