摘要
本文介绍了一种通过在流道内布置干扰物体来达到改善扩散弯道性能的方法。实验结果表明,这种方法可以获得较好的改善效果。对于目前煤矿广泛使用的60°扩散弯道加入干扰圆柱后,可以使其静压恢复系数提高40%,阻力减少10%左右,出口断面上的回流区完全消失。改善效果与干扰物体的形状、尺寸及安放位置有关。
The paper describes a simple method for improving the operation of bend diffusers by using the combination of flow control rods. The experiments show that considerable improvements ean be achieved in this way. when the 60° bend diffuser widely used in coal mines is fixed with the combination of flow control rods, its pressure recovery coefficient increases about 40%, its flow resistance reduces about 10%, and the seperation phenomenon is overcome. The diffuser performance is sensitive to the location, geometry and size of the combination of flow control rods.
