摘要 目的 提供首例中国女性可视化人体有关眼外肌的形态学信息 ,为眼外肌病的影像学识别与诊断提供薄层解剖学依据。方法 应用首例中国女性数字化可视人体数据集 ,提取眶区的横断面图像 ,与相应的MRI轴位图像对照观察。结果 在人体横断面标本与相应的MRI轴位图像上 ,清楚显示眼外肌的形态及毗邻关系。结论 采用可视人技术能为临床提供眶内精细结构断面数据 。 Objective To provide information on the morphology of extraocular muscles from the first Chinese visible human female and to provide the sectional anatomic data for radiology and clinical diagnosis of the extraocular muscle diseases. Methods Cross-sectional images of the orbit collected from the first Chinese visible human female were compared with the corresponding MRI images on the axial planes. Results On the images of the sectional anatomy and the corresponding MRI images on the axial planes, the shapes and relations of the extraocular muscles could be clearly observed. Conclusion The first Chinese visible human data set can provide the fine cross-sectional construction of the orbit. Cross-sectional images of the extraocular muscles have a good corresponding relation with MRI images.
