摘要
本文论述了谢李深部大井巷道支护困难的原因在于现有支护结构设计不合理,不能适应深部大井岩性软弱、地应力及围岩变形量大的特点。为此,在-660mB_(10)层煤底板岩石集中回风巷进行了一种改进的二次联合支护工业性试验,即一次支护为锚喷,二次支护为架U型可缩棚+壁后充填。根据现场实测资料分析,将原有的与改进的联合支护在技术与经济上进行比较,论证改进的二次联合支护在深部大井中使用的可行性。
The paper discusses that the difficulty in supporting the main deep development opening of Xie-Li Mine results from the unreasonable design of the present supporting structure which does not fit the feature of softness of rocks and large changes of stress and form in deep mains, according to the analysis of the data obtained from the industrial experimental investigation of improved
double combined supports-the first support is rock-bolting and shotcreting. the second is U-
shaped yieldable support plus filling between the support and the wall, which was carried out in the centralized upcast roadway in the rock of Seam B10 bottom (-660m), the paper also compares the improved double combined support with the original one in technology and economy, and proves the practicability of the former.
