胃癌组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA的表达检测及其临床意义

摘要 目的 探讨S期激酶相关蛋白 2 (Skp2 )mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用RT PCR、琼脂糖凝胶电泳溴化乙锭染色法 ,检测 3 6例胃癌组织及邻近正常胃黏膜 (距病变边缘 >5cm )中Skp2mRNA表达。 结果 Skp2在胃癌组织和邻近正常胃黏膜中的表达率分别为 77.8%和 3 3 .4% ,在胃癌组织中的表达率明显高于邻近正常胃黏膜 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 采用RT Objective To study the expression of Skp2 mRNA and its clinical significance in gastric carcinoma.Methods Skp2 mRNA expression was examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),aragose and EB stain in matched tumoral lesions,normal gastric mucosa from 36 cases of gastric carcinoma.Results The positive expression of Skp2 was significantly higher in the primary tumor(77.8%),compared with that in the matched normal tissue(33.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The examination of Skp2 expression by RT-PCR is useful for early diagnosis and treatment in gastric carcinoma.
