摘要 目的 :探讨卵巢肿瘤的雌、孕激素受体变化。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法标记 112例卵巢肿瘤组织标本中胞浆雌激素受体 (ERc)、胞浆孕激受体 (PRc)和胞核雌激素受体 (ERn)、胞核孕激素受体 (PRn)。采用微粒子免疫分析法对 74例患者同时进行外周血雌二醇 (E2 )和孕激素 (P)水平的测定。结果 :恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中 ,ERc、ERn、PRc、PRn免疫组化阳性率均高于卵巢良性肿瘤。卵巢上皮性肿瘤中 ,ER、PR的表达与组织类型有关。卵巢恶性肿瘤的阳性率随临床分期进展而降低。结论 :恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中ERc、ERn、PRc、PRn表达上调 。 Objective To investigate the express ion of estrogens recepter (ER) and progesterone recepter (PR) in ovarian tumor. Methods The ERc and PRc in cell liduid, ERn and PRn in nucleu s were measured in organize of overias about 112 example with ovarian tumor by s treptavidin peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemistry method, and then the destradiol (E2)and progestin (P) of peripheral vascular were determined by immunization an alysis of particle in 74 cases. Results The content of ERc, ERn, PRc and PRn in vicious ovari an tumor are higher than those of benign tumor, moreover, the content of ERn and PRn were higher than that of ERc and PRc in vicious ovarian tumor. The expressi on of ER and PR were correlated with category of organization and clinical stage in vicious ovarian . There were endocrine function before menopause in the beni gn tumor, however, there were not endocrine function in vicious ovarian tumor. Conclusion The expression of ERc, Ern, PRc and PRn in vicious ovarian tumor is up-regulation, and suggest that the treating of endocrine is better method with vicious ovarian tumor and may have good prognosis.
