Precise Management of Lithologic and Stratigraphic Oil and Gas Reservoir Exploration Projects

针对岩性、地层油气藏勘探的特点,几年来华北油田在勘探项目的组织与管理上采取了一系列新的做法。一是针对岩性、地层油气藏研究工作的需要,组成多学科联合攻关进行隐蔽圈闭研究,着重解决制约圈闭研究多方面的关键问题,提高了研究工作质量。二是坚持科学的勘探程序,加快了岩性、地层油气藏的突破。三是充分运用新理论、新思路指导前期研究和固闭井位的落实,进一步明确和完善了井位管理的"三、三"制原则,提高井位决策水平,保障了井位质量。四是强化了以地震勘探为主导技术,深化开展储层预测、油藏描述并实施"滚动式"勘探,深化精细勘探实施管理,自2000年到2003年连续四年在冀中、二连两个探区岩性、地层油气藏勘探取得突破,勘探效益稳步提高,为华北油田的"持续、有效、稳定"发展做出了重要贡献。

Huabei Oil Field has adopted a series of new approaches for organization and management of the exploration projects in the light of the characteristics of lithologic and stratigraphic oil and gas reservoirs. First of all, the study of subtle traps is conducted on the multi-disciplinary basis with the emphasis placed on the key issues in the trap study. Second, the scientific exploration procedure is adopted in the efforts to make breakthroughs in exploration of lithologic and stratigraphic oil and gas reservoirs. Third, the new theories and conceptions are fully used to guide the preliminary study and locate the well position for the trap in order to boost the decision-making level for well position and ensure the quality of well position. Fourth, with the seismic exploration as the dominant technology, the efforts are strengthened for reservoir prediction and reservoir description on the basis of the progressive exploration to bring about precise exploration and management. In the four years between 2000 and 2003, the breakthroughs were made in exploration of lithologic and stratigraphic oil and gas reservoirs in the two exploration blocks of Jizhong Depression and Erlian Basin, making important contributions to 'sustainable, effective and stable' development of Huabei Oil Field.
