摘要
油气钻井面临着许多新的技术挑战 ,其核心技术的筛选对于科学地制定油气钻井科技发展规划具有重要意义。从国内陆上石油工业发展战略目标出发 ,建立了一套较为完善的油气钻井核心技术定性和定量评价指标体系。应用特尔斐法的基本原理 ,通过两轮专家问卷调查 ,筛选和预测了未来 10年左右支撑国内油气钻井工程的核心技术。该方法改变了以往单纯通过定性分析进行筛选的习惯做法 ,从而使筛选结果更具有科学性、合理性。根据专家会议的意见 ,将单项技术进行整合 ,最终筛选了 5项核心技术作为研究和开发重点 ,并对这些核心技术分别进行了简要的论证。
The oil and gas drilling industry is now facing lots of new technical challenges, and thus the screening of core drilling technologies is vital for making a drilling technology development plan scientifically. Based on the development strategy aims of the on-shore petroleum industry, this paper presents a set of suitable evaluation index system for evaluating the core drilling technologies qualitatively and quantitatively. The basic principle of Delphi Technique was applied and the core drilling technologies for the future ten year were screened out based on two rounds of experts questionnaire investigations. This method is more scientific and reasonable as it changed the past practice of screening solely based on qualitatively analysis. These technologies were integrated and finally five items of core technologies were screened out as R&D focuses, and they were demonstrated briefly.
