地质导向钻井技术在鄂尔多斯气田水平井的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为配合西气东输工程 ,加快鄂尔多斯盆地气田的快速高效开发 ,从英国GEOLINK公司引进了 1套Ori enteer -LWD无线随钻可定向测井地质导向系统。介绍了Orienteer -LWD系统的组成及应用情况 ,采用该系统与气测录井相结合的地质导向水平井钻井技术在鄂尔多斯盆地成功地实施了 2口小井眼天然气水平井。在 2 .8m厚的薄目的气层中导向钻进 86 9.5m ,共穿越 5个砂体 ,顺利地完成了 1口小井眼 4台阶水平井SP1井 ;在DP1井先后经过 4次侧钻调整井眼轨迹 ,达到了起死回生的目的 ,并替代了通过有线测井卡准目的气层的常规方法 , 15 2 .4mm水平井眼中累计导向钻进 94 7m。这 2口井的实钻轨迹均与原设计轨迹差别很大 ,从而对目的层有了新认识 ,也为鄂尔多斯盆地复杂气藏的开发开辟了新途径。 To promote the gas field development in Erdos Basin, a set of geo-steering system called Orienteer-LWD was imported from GEOLINK, UK, and the system composition and field applications of this system were described in this paper. Using the geo-steering horizontal drilling technology combined of logging while drilling and mud logging, two horizontal slim holes were drilled successfully. In well SP1, an interval as long as 869.5 m was drilled within the 2.8 m thick gas reservoir using this system, and it totally penetrated 5 sand zones and achieved a four stage horizontal hole. In well DP1, four sidetracking operations were conducted to adjust the well trajectory, which saved the well and drilled a total of 947 m in the 152.4 mm horizontal interval using this system. The true trajectory of the two wells varies greatly with the designed ones, which refreshed the knowledge to the production zones and explored a new way for developing the complex reservoirs in Erdos Basin.
