摘要 水平井设计目标油藏的深度、位置、分布规律等与实际存在一定误差 ,从而影响了水平井的应用效果。地质导向钻井技术在一定程度上可以减少甚至消除这种误差。介绍了地质导向钻井技术的概念、组成、特点。高 7块砂体高部油层厚度较薄、断层位置不明确 ,采用了地质导向钻井技术随钻监测地质参数和井身轨迹参数 ,判断出井眼轨迹与设计数据的误差 ,但受人为因素的影响 ,该井并没有根据随钻监测数据及时调整井眼轨迹 ,致使井眼轨迹已钻出油层。建议同类井应根据地质导向测井数据 ,及时调整轨迹 ,从而保证井眼轨迹位于油层内理想位置。 In horizontal well design, there are certain errors on such aspects as reservoir depth, location and distribution between the designing goals and the real conditions, and this affects the application results of the horizontal well. However, such errors can be minimized and even eliminated by using geo-steering technology. This paper describes the concept, composition and characteristics of the geo-steering drilling technology. In Gao7 block, as the pay zone thickness is thin and the fault location is not clear, geo-steering drilling technology was adopted to monitor the formation resistance and determine the well trajectory error during drilling. Unfortunately, well trajectory was not adjusted timely according to the log data during drilling, and this led to the hole being drilled away from the pay zone. It is recommended that when the geo-steering tool is used, the well trajectory should be adjusted timely according to the log data so as to keep the trajectory in an ideal position in the pay zone.
