针刺配合低蛋白膳食对糖尿病早期肾病的影响

Effect of acupuncture combined with low protein diet on diabetic early nephropathies

目的 :观察针刺治疗糖尿病肾病 (DN)的临床疗效 ,为DN的早期治疗提供依据。方法 :将12 0例DN患者随机分为针刺组和对照组各 6 0例 ,两组均进行常规糖尿病治疗和低蛋白饮食 (总体治疗 ) ,针刺组在总体治疗基础上进行针刺治疗。结果 :针刺组和对照组均可明显降低 2 4小时尿微量白蛋白定量 ,保护肾功能 ,但针刺组明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :在药物及低蛋白膳食治疗的基础上 。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupunctue on diabetic nephropathies(DN). Me thods One hundred and twenty cases of DN were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups all were treated by routine diabetic therapy and low protein diet, but acupuncture was added to the acupuncture group. Results In the two groups, 24 hour micro albumin decreased, the acupuncture being superior to the control group ( P <0 01). Conclusion On the basis of drug and low protein diet therapy, acupuncture can significantly increase clinical therapeutic effect on DN.
