耳穴贴压治疗青少年近视近期疗效观察 被引量:9

Observation on the short-term therapeutic effect of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy on adolescent myopia

摘要 目的 :对比用单耳与双耳贴压方法治疗青少年近视的近期疗效。方法 :将 91例患者随机分为双耳贴压组、单耳交替贴压组两组。取穴 :①组穴为神门、皮质下、眼、心、肝、肾、目1;②组穴为脑干、交感、胆、脾、枕、目1、目2 。单耳交替贴穴组每次两组穴在一耳同时使用 ,下一次贴另一耳 ,两耳交替贴压 ;双耳贴压组每次双耳贴一组穴 ,下一次双耳贴另一组穴 ,两组穴位交替贴压。 1个疗程后观察结果。结果 :单耳交替贴压组的疗效为 5 1 2 5 % ,明显优于双耳贴压组的 4 6 5 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ;病程与疗效关系差异无显著性意义 ;裸眼视力越低 ,耳穴贴压的疗效越明显 ;单耳交替贴压组治疗前后两耳电流差值趋于平衡 ,有显著的统计学意义。结论 Objective To compare short term therapeutic effects of ear point sticking and pressing at single ear and both ears on adolescent myopia. Methods Ninety one cases were randomly divided into the both ear sticking group and the single ear sticking group. Acupoints selected: for group 1, Ear Shenmen, Subcortex, Eye, Heart, Liver, Kidney, and Eye 1st; for group 2, Brain Stem, Sympathetic, Gallbladder, Spleen, Occiput, Eye 1st, Eye 2nd. In the single ear sticking group, the two groups of points were applied at one ear in each session of treatment and the two ears were alternated, and in the both ear sticking group, one group of acupoints were applied at both ears and the both groups of acupoints were alternated. Results were observed after one therapeutic course. Results The effect rate of the single ear sticking group is 51 25% obviously better than that of the both ear sticking group 46 58%( P <0 05); the duration of illness was not significantly related with the therapeutic effect; the lower the naked eyesight, the better the therapeutic effect; the electric current difference of both ears before and after treatment in the single ear group trend to balance with a statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of the single ear sticking group is better than that of the both ear sticking group.
