试论经络与血脉的区别

On differences between the channels and blood vessels

目的 :将历代中医文献中都混称的经络与血脉的概念予以区别。方法 :从文献的整理分析和临床实践的体会两个方面阐述经络与血脉的区别。结论 :经络与血脉是互为不同的两个系统 ,经络是行气的 ,气无形 ,故经络无形 ;而血脉是行血的 ,血有形 。

Objective To differentiate the concepts of confused channels and blood vessels in TCM literature of successive dynasties. Methods Expound the differences of channels and blood vessels from both systematization and analysis of literature and clinical experiences. Conclusion Channels and blood vessels are two different systems. Channels function promoting flow of qi , invisible, but the blood vessels function keeping blood circulation, visible.
