电针“关元”与“三阴交”对围绝经期模型大鼠性激素及下丘脑β-EP调整作用的比较 被引量:54

摘要 目的 :探讨电针“关元”“三阴交”对围绝经期模型大鼠神经内分泌的调整作用及二穴间相互影响。方法 :复制大鼠去卵巢模型 ,测定电针各单穴及配伍后对模型大鼠血清雌二醇 (E2 )、促卵泡激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (LH)、下丘脑β EP、子宫脏器指数、子宫内膜厚度的影响。结果 :电针能降低围绝经期模型大鼠血清LH、FSH含量 ,升高血清E2 和下丘脑 β EP的含量 ,增加子宫脏器指数和子宫内膜厚度。在对下丘脑 β EP的影响上 ,二穴配伍作用强于任一单穴。结论 :在对下丘脑 β EP的影响方面 ,“关元”与“三阴交”存在协同作用。 Objective To probe into the regulative effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at “Guanyuan” (CV 4) and “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6) on neuroendocrine and interaction of the both acupoints in the perimenopause model rat. Methods Perimenopause rat model was made by removing ovaria. Serum estradiol (E 2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteotropic hormone (LH), and β endorphin (β EP) in the hypothalamus were determined after EA at “Guanyuan” (CV 4) , “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6) or “Guanyuan” (CV 4) plus “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6). Results EA could decrease serum LH and FSH contents, increase serum E 2 and hypothalamic β EP contents, increase the organ index of uterus and the thickness of endometrium; the effect of EA at “Guanyuan” (CV 4) plus “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6) on hypothalamic β EP was stronger than that at either “Guanyuan” (CV 4) or “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6). Conclusion “Guanyuan” (CV 4) and “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6) have synergistic action in effects of EA on hypothalamic β EP level.
