手十二井穴刺络放血对中风初起患者意识状态影响的临床对比观察

Effects of pricking blood at twelve Jing points of hand on state of consciousness in the patient of early stroke

目的 :观察手十二井穴刺络放血对中风初起意识障碍患者意识状态的影响。方法 :将中风发病 3天内有意识障碍的患者随机分为刺络组与对照组 ,两组均进行常规西医治疗 ,刺络组另加手十二井穴刺络放血。观察治疗前、治疗后 1 5分钟、30分钟、5 0分钟、80分钟患者的神志变化 (Glas gow昏迷评分 ,GCS)。结果 :(1 )刺络组患者各时段GCS评分改善 ,与刺络前比较差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 ) ,且明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。 (2 )刺络放血对脑梗死、脑出血患者GCS的影响均有显著性意义。结论 :手十二井穴刺络放血对中风初起意识障碍患者意识状态具有治疗作用。

Objective To observe blood letting puncture at twelve Jing points of hand on state of consciousness in the patient of early stroke. Methods The patients of disturbance of consciousness within 3 days of attack were divided into a blood letting puncture group and a control group. The control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy, but the blood letting puncture group by the routine western medicine therapy plus blood letting puncture at twelve Jing points. Their changes of will 15 min, 30 min, 50 min, 80 min after treatment and before treatment were investigated by Glasgow coma score (GCS). Results (1) GCS improved at the various stages after treatment in the blood letting puncture group with a significant difference ( P <0 05) as compared with that before treatment, and significantly superior to that in the control group ( P <0 01). (2) Blood letting puncture therapy has significant effects on GCS in the patient with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Blood letting puncture at twelve Jing points of the hand has therapeutic action on state of will in the patient with disturbance of consciousness at the early stroke.
