分期针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion at different stages in 62 cases of peripheral facial paralysis

目的 :探索治疗周围性面瘫的最佳治疗方法。方法 :将 1 2 2例患者分为 2组 ,治疗组 6 2例根据本病发展规律分为急性期、静止期和恢复期 ,针对各期特点施以不同针灸疗法 ;对照组 6 0例采用临床常规针灸法进行治疗。结果 :治疗组的愈显率为 90 32 %,对照组为 70 0 %,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :分期针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹优于常规针灸法。

Objective To approach to the best therapy for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Treatment group (62 cases) were treated by the different methods of acupuncture and moxibustion at different stages, acute stage, stable stage and recovery stage, and control group (60 cases) were treated by clinical routine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 90 32% in the treatment group and 70 0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the different acupuncture and moxibustion methods at different stages is superior to that of routine acupuncture and moxibustion for peripheral facial paralysis.
