摘要
应用Wright氏染色法和血细胞计数法观察并统计了北方山溪鲵(Batrachuperustibetanus)各种外周血细胞的形态特征和数量比例,同时对北方山溪鲵的血细胞与其他动物进行了比较,从进化和生活环境与血细胞含量之间的关系进行了讨论.结果表明,红细胞多呈椭圆形,长径35~50μm,短径12.5~25μm,细胞核染色质密集.在外周血液中平均含量为7.8×104个/mm3.白细胞多为圆形,平均含量为3.4×103个/mm3.白细胞分类计数的平均值分别是:淋巴细胞占75%;单核细胞占6%;中性粒细胞占9%;嗜酸性粒细胞占4%;嗜碱性粒细胞占6%.
The peripheral blood cell numbers and characteristics of stream salamander (Batrachuperus tibetanus) are dealt with Wright staining method and blood cell counting. Compared with other vertebrates, the component of blood cells in stream salamander is mentioned, and the close relationships of the environment and blood cells numbers are also discussed in the opinion of evolution.The results show that most erythrocytes are oval in shape, 30~50 μm in length and 12.5~25 μm in width. The average value of erythrocyte count is 7.8×10~4 ind/mm^3, and its chromatin is dense. Leucocytes are mostly round in shape, which average value is 3.4×10~3 ind/mm^3. Among the leucocytes, the average percentage of lymphocytes is 75%, and monocytes 6%, leucocytes 9%, acidophilus 4%, neutrophils 6%.
