桃叶珊瑚甙的体外抗氧化研究(英文)

Antioxidative activities of aucubin in vitro

研究了桃叶珊瑚甙对化学体系中产生的自由基的清除作用以及桃叶珊瑚甙对组织匀浆、线粒体、微粒体氧化损伤的保护作用.以Fenton反应和邻苯三酚自氧化反应产生自由基,分光光度法检测.结果显示,桃叶珊瑚甙有较强的清除自由基作用,对组织细胞及亚细胞膜性结构的氧化损伤有较好的保护作用.

To study the ability of aucubin to scavenge free radical and the protective effect of aucubin on tissue homogenate、mitochondria and microsome attacked by gree radical in vitro. Free radical is generated by Fenton reaction and pyrogallic acid auto-oxidate reaction,measured with spectrophotometric method; The results show that aucubin has strong ability in cleaning free radical to protect cell or cellular membrane structures of cell from free radical damage.
