陕西佛坪自然保护区森林生态服务价值测评

Economic evaluation of forest eco-service value in Foping Nature Protect Area in Shaanxi Province

以陕西佛坪自然保护区森林生态系统为例,在广泛野外调研的基础上,运用市场价格和工程成本替代等方法,对7大类15个方面可观测的生态服务,进行了物质量与价值量测评.结果表明,保护区29240hm2森林植被每年提供可观测的生态服务价值合7.125×108元.其中,木材和有机质生产0.627×108元/a,涵养水源0.88×108元/a,空气调节2.10×108元/a,保持表土0.476×108元/a,营养物质循环1.05×108元/a,净化大气0.798×108元/a,生物多样性保护1.19×108元/a.该项测评工作为区域可持续发展提供了基础研究资料.

Taking the Foping Nature Protect Area as a case, based on the widely survey and investigation, used the methods of market price and cost substitute of engineering, the eco-service value evaluation of forest ecosystem, the matter and value amount of forest eco-service for 7 types and 15 facets observable are gained. The results is as flowing: the organic matter product is 0.627×10~8 Yuan/a, the sift-restraint water is 0.88×10~8 Yuan/a, air adjusted is 2.10×10~8 Yuan/a,protect soil is 0.476×10~8 Yuan/a, nutrimental mater circle is 1.05×10~8 Yuan/a,cleanse air pollutants is 0.798×10~8 Yuan/a,protecting living diversity is 1.19×10~8 Yuan/a. Sum up the forest eco-services above, the total value of Foping Nature Protect Area is 7.125×10~8 Yuan/a and is 11.3 time value of the wood product. which supplied primacy data for regional sustainable development.
