本文阐述了档案工作在学校工作中的重要性。从加强领导 ,提高认识 ,强化全员的档案意识 ,建立科学的管理机制 ,加强档案队伍建设 ,提高人员整体素质等方面进行了系统分析。
This article elaborates the importance of the school file work. It proceeds with the systematic analysis about the file work from the different aspects, such as emphasizihg the guidance, improving the cognition, intensifing the staff's file consciousness, setting up the scientific management, strengthening the file work team, improving the ability of all and so on.
