摘要
用花椒籽油与二亚乙基三胺反应合成了咪唑啉衍生物H(?)-1,再分别与氯乙酸钠和氯化苄反应,得到两性离子咪唑啉衍生物HJ-2和阳离子咪唑啉衍生物HJ-3,对合成产物的表面活性和缓蚀性能进行了评价。在多种腐蚀介质中的缓蚀试验结果表明,该缓蚀剂可适用于强酸性腐蚀介质,缓蚀率为911~98%,但尚须进一步研究。
Imidazoline derivate (HJ-1) was synthesized by condensation of Zanthoxylum Bungean oil with diethylene trianmine, and then it was modified by sodiumchloracetate and benzylchloride to obtain amphoteric and cationic derivate HJ-2 and HJ-3 respectively. Their surface active and anticorrosive performance were evaluated.The results showed that they could be used as anticorrosion agent in strong acid medium, and their corrosion inhibiting rate could up to 91%-98%. But a precise study should be made hereafter.
