The paper analyzes the concrete problems of improving information service level of college libraries,integrates the construction of disciplinary librarians and comes up with concrete measures of how to improve service level.It also inquires into the coordination between teachers and librarians on information retrieval and poiuts out that libraries should take an active part in teaching and scientific research in order to serve teachers better.
