摘要
在介绍了传统ATM网络上开发MPLS思想的基础上,提出了一种ATM信元的标记封装格式。通过对其工作原理及其实现模型的研究,并将其与通用的MPLS标记(shim)和传统ATM信元相比较,结果表明这种标记封装格式具有较强的可行性、可扩展性及实用价值。
Based on introducing the idea of developing MPLS on traditional ATM networks, a form of label encapsulation on ATM cell are provided. Through the studying about how this reencapsulted ATM cell work and the model of its implementation, as well as the comparison to the comment MPLS label(shim), it turns out its mighty applicability, scalability and utility.
