Design of New Generation Multi-channel Digital Recorder

通过对应用于上海112受理呼叫中心的数字录音系统的设计工作,分析了数字录音系统中的异步状态机的详细设计、系统的自我保护机制、系统可扩展性及用户定制需求等问题,阐明了新一代数字录音系统设计时需要注意的问题,以及作者所设计的新一代数字录音系统的特点。

With the experience of the design work of digital recorder system for Shanghai 112 CallCenter,in this paper, through the analysis of the detail design for asynchronism state machine, the system self-protect machanism, the system expansibility, and the system customization, the authors clarify the essentials of the multi-channel digital recorder system when designing, and explain the characteristic of the new generation multi-channel digital recorder system which is designed by them.
