摘要 以木质素磺酸盐为原料 ,采用合适的分散介质和成球技术 ,成功地合成了球状木质素基离子交换树脂 ,并讨论了它对阳离子染料的吸附性能。树脂对低浓度和高浓度的阳离子染料溶液均有很好的吸附作用 ,对阳离子艳红的饱和吸附量可达 2 5 0mg/ g干树脂 ;而且前期吸附速度快 ,30min后吸附速率趋缓 ,升高温度有利于前期吸附速率的增大。 A spherical lignin-based ion exchange resin was prepared with calcium lignosulfonate as raw material in a cheap and non-toxic disperse phase by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique. And its adsorption properties for cationic dye were studied in detail. The resin showed good adsorption affinity for cationic dye with low or high concentration. The saturated adsorptive capacity for cationic red reached 250mg/g(dry resin); the adsorption rate was high in the earlier stage but low after 30min. And the prior-period adsorption rate rose obviously with the rise of temperature. The experimental results indicate that the resin has a good prospect for the adsorption on the cationic dye in practical application.
